Hummus

You Will Need

      o 2 Zucchinis (Organic if possible) peeled and chopped
o    ¾ cup raw tahini
o   2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
o   ½ cup fresh lemon juice
o   2-3 medium garlic cloves, chopped
o   ½ teaspoon sea salt

Process

     o   Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
