Spicy Hot Chocolate

You Will Need

Supplies

  • Sifter
  • (Optional: Mason Jars)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Cane Sugar
  • 1 Cup Cacoa Powder (I am not quiet sure where it would be available to everyone)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt (Originally called for Pink Himalayan salt but regular salt works fine)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne  Powder
  • (Optional: Vanilla Bean)
  • (Optional: Marshmallows (Please refer to Marshmallows for my recipe))

Process

  • Add all the powder ingredients in to the sifter
  • With a large bowl underneath ensure there are no clumps
  • With a measuring cup scoop the mix in to the mason jars or whatever you chose to use
  • If you decided to use vanilla bean cut in half and stick in the mix
  • Place the marshmallows on top if you decided to use them
