Marshmallows

You will need


  • 2 packets flavorless gelatin 
  • 2 cups sugar 
  • teaspoon sea salt 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1 cup water 
  • powdered sugar
  • cookie cutters



Process


  • Mix two packets Gelatin with 1/2 cup water and let it to set
  • Add sugar and a 1/2 cup of water to a medium sauce pan
  • Set your temp. to med. or around 5
  • Add gelatin, should be firm, to the mixture
  • Scrap the gelatin out completely
  • Bring to a boil then move to your mixer
  • Add vanilla and salt
  • Set your mixer to the lowest setting for about two minutes
  • Move to the highest setting until your mixture has doubled in size
  • On a flat surface layer powdered sugar
  • top it with your marshmallow mixture
  • Smooth it out and top it off with more powdered sugar
  • Once the marsh marshmallow is set and firm to the touch your free to cut it out and do whatever you wish with the rest
